Championship Mindset Pt. 1

Mindset is how you become your organizations most valuable employee.  Sure… Skill and talent are important on some level… but give me a team of people with mediocre skill with an exceptional mindset over a team with exceptional skill and a “meh” mindset any day of the week.

There are a handful of characteristics that make up someone with a championship mindset!

Belief

Initiative

Development Minded

Resilience

Gratitude

Collaboration

The mindset you bring into life is important and it can differentiate you from the rest of your coworkers!  We will dive into each of these characteristics in the next few weeks.

Do you believe in yourself and in others? Do you understand how you are wired?  Do you believe in your gifts and skill?  Do you have a belief in others?

Unwavering belief is necessary to go after your goals and what God is calling you too!

It took me a while in life to truly understand myself and how I was wired and to be comfortable with that!  It proved to be so pivotal in my belief in myself!

Believe in yourself.  You are where you are for a reason, someone else believed you could do the job.  Believe you can do it and go after it with all you have!
